Let us reform copyright!

Now that ACTA has been rejected by the European Parliament, it is time to start a positive reform of copyright to adapt it to the digital era. Rather than repressing citizens' cultural practices, policy-makers must encourage them, and enable all to draw the benefits of the digital environment, to engage into creative and expressive activities and to share knowledge and culture online.
